From the vibrant and bustling markets and extravagant festivals to the serenity of a mountain retreat and incredible wildlife, India is a destination that will touch your soul.

Experience Park drives in three prime Indian national parks Kaziranga, Kanha, and Gir National Park. This is an opportunity to see eight endangered mammals of the Indian Subcontinent – Tiger, Asian Elephant, One-horned Rhinoceros, Asiatic Lion, Wild dog, Blackbuck, Barasingha and Wild Buffalo.

Kaziranga National Park: Home to some of India’s largest mammals, Kaziranga boasts a thriving population of one-horned rhino, Asian elephant and Asiatic wild buffalo, as well as the swamp deer known as barasingha, wild boar sloth bear and many others. Everything appears larger than life at Kaziranga – even some of the largest snakes in the world, including the reticulated and Indian pythons, king cobra and branded krait, are found here. The reserve is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, with almost 500 species encountered here.

Kanha National Park has ideal habitat for tigers and their prey species. Prime tiger wilderness, it was one of the first areas to be protected under Project Tiger and is one of the largest conservation areas today. Lush Sal and bamboo forests are interspersed with vast grassy meadows while the Banjaar river forms the southwestern border of the park and provides a steady water source for the abundant wildlife.

Famed as the last natural habitat of the Asiatic lion, Gir National Park is known as a rich biodiversity area that forms a haven for a number of endangered wildlife species. Formerly a hunting reserve of the Nawab of Junagadh, the reserve supports not only the Asiatic lions, but also India’s highest densities of leopard and marsh crocodile. Considered one of the most important protected areas in Asia, Gir shelters a variety of the region’s spectacular fauna and flora.

Client Testimonials

"I've been traveling all over the world for twenty years, but my trip this month to Africa put together by your firm was the smoothest and best planned trip I've ever made. The various places we stayed were outstanding and the uniqueness of each location added to the charm and atmosphere of the trip. The service I received from the guides, drivers and hotel attendants made me feel like royalty. The most impressive part was how smooth everything worked. Thanks again for your hard work, dedication and professionalism. I look forward to another trip with you."
Mike Blair, Managing director-Investments Wachovia Securities Inc.
"We enjoyed this fourth trip to Africa more than any we have made. Singita was beyond anything we have seen before. The service and the setting were incomparable. At Singita we would sit on the balcony and we saw elephants, baboons, impala, the big monitor lizards and in the morning we left two leopards walked across the river. We are so appreciative for all you have done for us and for the wonderful job you always do."
James B. Holloway, Jr. M.D.
"Our honeymoon was definitely the trip of a lifetime and one we will never forget. Thanks so much for making it perfect."
Cindy Chupack, Producer Sex and the City
"High Adventure Safaris has done a magnificent job with our trips to Africa for the medical seminar we host each year. It is a pleasure to work with this agency. They have accommodated all of our participants to the highest degree. We look forward to future trips with you."
Betty Wilkins, United Surgical Associates
"Thank you for a superb job of planning and organizing as everything went smoothly. The country of South Africa so captivated me that my husband and I are already planning a return trip next summer. The only thing to rival the bush and animals was the food. The experience of South Africa is like no other and its effect is difficult to express. I can only encourage others to make the venture."
Laurel J. Snelling, Physician Assistant Associates PLLC.
